Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
